Oil and Maintenance Guide for 2018 Arctic Cat 90 DVX 90
Before You Service the Engine
Routine engine maintenance on the 2018 Arctic Cat 90 DVX 90 calls for the correct lubricant and a careful check of the level after refilling. Use the proper level-check method for this machine, and verify product suitability instead of relying on a catalog name alone.
What type of oil does a 2018 Arctic Cat 90 DVX 90 take?
The available oil-product listings include Formula 4-Stroke Power Sports Synthetic Motor Oil. For a service, choose oil that meets the engine’s actual application requirements, not just a product name.
How much oil does a 2018 Arctic Cat 90 DVX 90 take?
The available engine-oil capacity figure is 0.85 quarts. The amount added during a routine drain may differ from the listed capacity; use the correct level-check procedure when refilling.
Does synthetic oil automatically mean an ATV can go longer between oil changes?
No. The oil-change interval also depends on the engine, operating conditions, and manufacturer requirements. A synthetic product listing does not establish a longer service interval for this particular model.
